I never would have guessed that I would be as enthusiastic as I am about sharing my experience with both my insurance agent and the company (Farmers). After experiencing a serious flood at her home due to a failed toilet, I can say that my husband and I couldn't have had a more positive experience with Farmers and our agent, Scott Halbrook. They have been incredibly responsive, empathetic, and more than fair in our settlement. We always had the sense that they were trying to do right by us and honor the policy – not trying to save money. We also got lucky with our claims adjuster, Tim Boyd. He was knowledgeable, professional, explained things in a straightforward way, checked in regularly, and was very responsive to our calls. The flood was a tough experience, but Farmers and the team made it so much better than it otherwise would have been.
